Foam It Spray Foam And Blown In Insulation

I own a typical semi where one room is over a small one-car garage. In the winter I literally could use the room as cold storage. The floor was so cold that if I had spilled water on it I probably could have had an indoor skating rink. After being told about spray foam I realized that despite the higher cost it would be well worth it. Even if fiberglass costed a $1, it would be a wasted dollar. With a gigantic hole (i.e. the garage door) to the outside world, quality insulation is the only hope of keeping a decent amount of heat in the house.
