Cannot get them to come back and reverse sliding door that was installed the wrong way. Very fast to collect money but not to come back and complete repair. Do not recommend.

Marco rescheduled appt several times but finally partially repaired the patio door. He said he would provide an estimate for the screen door and an invoice for the work he did. This never happened and when I called their office to ask about it two weeks later to follow up they promised me a follow up phone call but this also has not happened. Feels like a fly by night kind of company

He took money of $150 as an advance for purchasing the ramp. He came and told he will come later and complete the work He did not send invoice gfir the amount taken. He again said it will cost me $2500 to complete. He did not complete the work and did not return any part of the money or gave me an invoice.
He is just taking disabled people for a ride knowing their helplessness.

The repair guy tried to charge me $350 just to repair the hinges on sn existing door. He dropped the price to 200 when i got my husband on the phone. $200 was overpriced as well considering he was in my home for 15 min. He would not budge on that price.

We arrived home from vacation to find picture window shattered by vandals. It was early autumn and the weather had just changed to rain, rain and more rain. Five Star was out to see us the same day we called and had our custom, over-sized window replaced within a week. We have used this company before, and in both instances have experienced prompt, courteous, reliable service and exceptionally fair pricing.
