Muhammad is the best. He is extremely smart and explained everything to us about bed bugs. I called him because of the reviews on this site, and trust me they are correct. The service was pricey but the infestation was really bad... we're talking thousands of bed bugs here. My father wanted to call a "friend" who knew a thing or two about bed bugs but I didn't feel comfortable with that, so I googled "bed bug exterminator" and Muhammad was the first one recommended. This gentleman is the so kind and patient in educating me in terms of dealing with bed bugs, I had a one bed bug incident and got so paranoid. When I found a bug in my bed my life felt like it was blowing up. I was washing things over and over. Washing things with bleach, checking the bed, couldn't sleep, I was going mentally insane. Muhammad came into my life and with him came education, reason, and best of all my sanity. The very first thing he said after hello was that he is a scientist first, and he was hear to educate me. I was crying and in tears from the stress and he just melted it away. He showed me how lucky I was, I only had one to two bugs, showed and explained the evidence behind his findings, and showed me films and pictures of what a big problem was. The whole time explaining that I didn't need to spend thousands and thousands of dollars the way other pest companies made me feel. He fixed the problem and gave me peace of mind. To be honest I was a little put off by Muhammad at first. When I called he would not give me a quote on how much he would charge to treat the bed bugs. He just kept saying he has to inspect the home first. I thought this might be a ploy to get more money as every other company was quick to offer the cost of fumigating. But as I thought about it - an inspection seemed like the right first step. His thorough inspection and brief report helped relieve our tenants and ourselves that we did not need to fumigate. After 2 weeks he visited again to asses the problem. No sings of bugs have been found so we consider ourselves cured from the beasts.
Mohammad is easy going and has a nice personality and the thing that I appreciate the most is that he is always willing to give you good advice about how to defend yourself from catching the bugs again even after he has long finished with your property. This is a rare trait.
