Mohammed was very professional and empathetic throughout the process. We brought Mohammed in afree our first company treatment was ineffective and he was beyond great! We were concerned that we might have bed bugs in our home. Muhammad came and checked our bedrooms and living area and reassured us that we did not have bed bugs. He showed us carpet beetle larvae on our box spring mattresses. Gave us full explanation on how theses beetles function and how they can affect some people. Red spots on my legs and stomach. As part of the treatment, he included mattress covers and interceptors and he even installed our new headboard in the follow-up.

Muhammad is more than your typical pest control guy. He's super knowledgable and willing to share what he knows to prevent future problems. He not only treated our home (1 of the bedrooms had an infestation) but he acted as both an educator and counsellor too. He advised on the importance of 'IPM' (integrated pest management) and stressed that bed bugs are here to stay and that it is our job to 'manage' and control what and where we can.
