When he was highly recommended by a family friend, we felt confident calling him up. And as soon as we met him, we knew we were in good hands. Muhammad came for an inspection and quickly confirmed there was a bed bug infestation. He is an expert in entomology and knows his bugs. He is very humble, helpful, personable, kind, and passionate about his work - it's more of a hobby to him. He had endless patience for our never-ending questions and worries about prevention and treatment, and put us at ease, reassuring us throughout the inspection, extermination, and follow-up that the bugs would be gone and they actually were gone. As part of the treatment, he included mattress covers and interceptors and he even installed our new headboard in the follow-up. Muhammad knows how to get the job done! The reviews are correct - he is a great person to call. While we hope to never have a single bed bug again in our home, if it ever happens, Muhammad will be the first person we call.
