Pest Solution Services Bed Bugs Specialist

Hi, I am writing this review to share my experience with others so they may benefit. My toddler son had a mysterious skin rash that many trips to the pediatrician could not resolve. Finally, a dermatologist suspected some kind of bug bite. But no one else in the house had symptoms. We saw a few carpet beetles and we thought maybe he was allergic so we called a company to treat that issue. I was not satisfied with what this company offered so I went online and found pest solutions. Muhammad was very specific with his questions from our first telephone conversation with him. When he came he spent a lot of time inspecting my son's room and the entire house. He said no need to treat carpet beetles to just vacuum (we were going to pay $250 to the other company for this). Then he said, he suspects bed bugs. He was very thorough with his inspection. Just as he was about to leave (he was not going to charge inspection) he saw a tiny dot on the mattress in my son's room. He said this is a sign of bed bugs. Then, he gave me the option to wait and see, or to treat for bed bugs. We chose to treat. He spent one whole day treating my son's room and gave us traps for the rest of the rooms. He also returned a week or so later to inspect. Muhammad was extremely professional, discreet, and kind. This was a very stressful situation for us, and he helped us resolved it. In addition, he really spent time educating me on how to prevent bed bugs since it is a big problem in the GTA. I cannot praise Muhammad more for his excellent service! The reviews are genuine, he really is the best at this!
