We were unfortunate to have the experience of dealing with Bed Bugs. We believe we got these pests from our kid’s daycare. Also the problem got complicated as originally we were not aware of what bed bugs really were and what the infestation meant. So we tried to deal with the situation ourselves but to no avail. Then we hired a reputable company in Toronto. They very strongly recommended the heat procedure promising everything under the sky with the sweet talk of our troubles being over now that they are here. They came did the heat process and within 24 hours we saw the first adult BB. So we captured any put it in the zip lock bag and called the company. These guys mentioned that the person who is going to come and have a look at our issue is on vacation and will be back in 2 weeks. However they reminded us to make sure we have the proof. At this point they also mentioned that even with the proof they are not going to perform another heat treatment but this time it will be chemical treatment. So over the course of the next 2 week we caught 5 BB. At that point we got so frustrated that we decided to get another opinion. So by chance we got hold of Muhammed and he came to look at our problem within 2 hours of our call. He looked at our problem in detail. During this first visit Muhammed spent more than an hour going through our house, understanding the issue and providing some tips. So during this time we decided to hire his services as he seemed very knowledgeable and experienced with the BB infestation controls. Muhammed is expensive no doubt but he spent 4 days in our house going through each and every article, books, tables, chairs, bed frames, drawers, dresser to make sure he got rid of the issue. He also made sure to steam and clean the hardwood area as well as vacuum all the carpets to make sure he got all the eggs as well. This was about 3 months ago and since then we have not seen any issue. There were couple of scares where we got some bugs put them in the zip lock bags and showed them to Muhammed but they turned out to be false alarms. Muhammed was very helpful during the whole process as well as afterwards. He has tried to build our confidence at each and every step of the way and we appreciate all the help that he has provided during this ordeal.
