I was getting weird bites at night for almost 2 moths of the time and just a week before I found bedbugs in my bed! In total panic, I went online for home-made solutions, tried them and failed.
I was living in nightmare!! I was spending sleepless nights and tried to call up few companies I found on homestars but couldn't find anyone who will answer all my questions. finally I called Akram on Tuesday and he was very prompt to answer my calls and emails. even though, he was answering all my questions, I thought it would be better to have him in for inspection evaluate the situation I'm in. (Luckily for me, he had an opening the day I start sending him massive emails with questions) He came over within 3 hrs! Extremely friendly, easy to talk to and yet very professional. he spent good hour inspecting my home (one bedroom condo) found the nesting area. while he was doing all these, I was still asking him a lot of questions and he answered them calmly with a smile!
After inspection, we sat down to discuss the next action for me to take. even MORE questions on my part! By the end, he calmed me down, helped me to get over my panic attack, and actually made the situation manageable for me!
Now I have him to come in for actual action to get rid of these pesky buggers on Thursday!! HIGHLY recommend even just for an inspection so you know what you're getting into!
