Our family ran into bed bug problems and it was very stressful for all of us. Bites, throwing things out, putting everything we could think of through the dryer, etc. We tried to deal with things ourselves, and seemed to make some progress, but it was not ultimately successful. In retrospect, we didn't really know what we were dealing with and probably did things wrong. After a few weeks they were back. We had to turn to an expert, which we probably should have done from the beginning.
Out of desperation we found Muhammad via Homestars and he came pretty quickly to our house to assess the situation. We were very happy to find him. He is a very calm, thoughtful, pleasant person. He was concerned with our situation but did not pressure us into doing anything extreme. He spent a fair bit of time looking around to assess the situation.
A couple of days after assessing the situation he came by on the August long weekend, and spent the better part of the day at our house, investigating and treating various things and doing a perimetre spray with some kind of bacteria. He also set up some monitoring traps and interceptor dishes around the legs of our beds and couches. It's now been about 6 weeks since the treatment, with no problems.
We have had a couple of scares during this period and Muhammad was very patient and prompt, and has visited our house a couple more times to confirm things were OK and we didn't need any other treatment.
He has also promptly responded to texts we sent him with pictures of suspicious bug-type things we occasionally find (that have not turned out to be bed bugs, thanksfully).
No one really talks about bed bugs (including us, because of the stigma) but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Muhammad to anyone with bed bug problems, without any reservations. He has been amazing. We feel fortunate to have found him.
