I have an Airbnb listing in my house and in November 2022 a guest complained about a rash.
After checking out she texted me to say she believe they were bites from bedbugs.
I couldnt believe that was possible but I did some research and called a few well rating bedbug specialists before picking Pest Solution Services.
Muhammad of Pest Solution called me back and I explained my situation and that I wanted an inspection to verify everything was fine.
He booked me in quickly for an inspection. I must say I was completely stunned when he told me I actually did have bedbugs in that room. He was incredibly kind and explaining how common it was
He explained in detail how hed removed them and that he would get rid of them completely - guarantee.
I signed up immediately and within a day he had completely ripped apart that room and removed every trace of the bugs, getting into every nook and cranny.
He had inspected the whole house, and thankfully the pests were contained to that one room. He was incredibly professional, diligent, and went into great detail. He left each bedroom bug proofed as best as possible from future infestation.
He also proceeded to provide follow up inspections to confirm they had been completely eradicated.
I was amazed at his complete candour, sincerity, dedication to his craft, incredible wealth of knowledge and generosity with his help, time, & providing answers to all my many questions and educating me.
He understood the regulations of Airbnb, and had worked with numerous hotels. He put in a preventative plan and Ill be using his inspection services going forward to make sure no infestation would be possible again and for my peace of mind as I continue to Airbnb the room.
I highly recommend Pest Solution Services; I have never had to use a pest service before, so I cant speak to other companies, but I can speak to the amazing service I received, the great customer service, the care, and just comparing his business style and work ethic against any other type of business, in general, he is hands above so many companies out there.
