Tom came in to repair work from a previous contractor who dug out and finished our basement. The room immediately leaked upon completion and the previous contractor would not touch it or claim responsibility for it. Tom sourced the problem quickly and took on a risky project cleaning up someone elses mess. He was professional and thorough, and very personable. It was like have a great trustworthy friend working on your house. We loved Tom.
