Pest Pro Canada No Longer In Business

Pest Pro was very prompt in responding to my initial call for service. Unfortunately, the wasps have since returned; however, thankfully their service comes with a 6 month guarantee and a 2nd call (at no additional charge) has already been scheduled.

I absolutely would NOT recommend these "professionals" to anyone! We had a problem with wasps in my baby's room and needed wasp removal in Durham Ontario. The wasp exterminator came out to fix the problem and said that everything would be fine in 5 days and that I had a 6 month warranty. Well within a week the wasps were back in my little girl's room. I called on a Tuesday to have someone do the wasp removal service over again, but no one called back. Then today (Saturday) we found 4 wasps in her room. I called immediately and the woman who answered the phone told me that no one would be available to help me until TUESDAY! I tried explaining to her that this was happening in my little girl's room, but she still wouldn't help me. I am SO furious! My little girl doesn't understand why we have to keep her out of her bedroom and I don't understand how these people could be so heartless.This is absolutely not what I expected from a wasp exterminating service in Ajax!
