the patio at my mothers house had been painted over again and each time the paint pealed away because initial coat was not sealed properly, CP spent 5 days grinding off old layers of paint and then painted/sealed deck over next 2 days. Considering all the labor plus cost of paint, the price was excellent and finished product looks great
