Although the process of having Chantal design my new kitchen began in a positive manner, it did not continue that way. There were changes made to the design and I never saw the drawings. I sent the dimensions of my appliances to Chantal and they were never checked. My brand new fridge does not fit properly in my brand new kitchen. I had to search through my emails to find the evidence that I was not at fault as I was expected to pay the additional cost for cabinets that fit over the fridge. Chantal never informed me that new cabinets were being delivered and as a result I had to go to the Fedex depot and pick them up myself. The experience was promised to be as stress free as possible, but I did not find that to be true at all. Although I am enjoying my new kitchen, I did not enjoy the Renovantage experience.
