I am pleased with the work and service that Maple Window & Eaves Cleaning Inc. provided. A crew of two came at the very end of the day after a long day and still managed to do a great job and complete the work with a good attitude.

The only thing that I would recommend to the company is to provide before and after pictures. Customers typically don't get to see how full their gutters can be and providing pictures of how clean they become would have a real impact.

We had a great experience with Maple, they did a fantastic job and their staff are friendly and nice to deal with. We definitely would recommend this vendor and we will be using them again.

Staff of Maple Window & Eaves Cleaning Inc. thoroughly cleaned all the eaves of my house and the price is reasonable. Now when it rains, my roof no longer has many "mini waterfalls" :) Next time I will certainly use them again.

The Maple crew did a thorough job and were careful about our garden. They left no mess at all. The service was as quoted and promised. They let us know when they arrived and when they were done. Good job!

I had this service done last year, however, did not get a chance to leave a review until now. I contacted the company in order to have someone come and take a look at our eaves troughs for both cleaning and fixing as we had some leaks. The individual sent by the company was initially quite helpful, and completed some initial repair on our upper eaves troughs. He suggested that we buy a rain barrel and he would come back to install this as well as to clean the eaves troughs. After several contacts with this individual, he would return calls but never come back when he said he would. Eventually after one month of this pattern, I contacted the company directly and they initially also did not respond, and then sent someone to clean the eaves trough and emailed a bill. When I contacted the company about why the rain barrel was not hooked up, I was told that the individual who had initially come to our home was no longer with the company and that they don't usually do rain barrel instillation. Overall, my customer service experience was not very good and I will not be returning for any repeat work from this company
