Their customer service is terminally excellent
I had reached a few companies in the big Vancouver ,
but Solution Signs and Awnings (Jess, Ben & John ) seemed just to care more about being courteous
they are very professional.
Although I made some delays with getting a permit from the city,
They advised me thoughtful and patient throughout the process.
The illuminated light box manufactured incredibly beautiful was almost just an added bonus.

Be aware of the promises made by this company and its owners/representatives.
Very bad service and even worst quality.
They promise quality and great service. They deliver neither!
They certainly do not stand behind their product or quality.
At the end, Very Expensive to use them!!
Happy to show you their inferior quality and workmanship and also happy to describe and show you how they respond to poor quality and deficiencies.
