Poor work, lots of excuses, lots of absenteism, didnt finish the work, took all my money and ran. A client history of these same experiences and results, some leading to police charging this con artist contractor. DO NOT give your money to this person...DO NOT trust this person - you will be sorry. Bill (William) Dacey, or Eastern Renovations,and could possibly have other business names as well. BEWARE!!!!!! Ask to see your contractors driver's licence for varification of name.
