Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in

Ordered a canvas print and it was poorly packaged and recieved damaged...that happens but I have sent two emails to two homesav email addresses to get a credit or a new print shipped....and have not got any response at all. When you phone the number on the invoice you get a recording refering you to email but you can't leave a message.
