Dear Tree Doctors CEO,

I recently retained the services of your company to remove a stem from a large spruce tree in my rear yard.

I am writing to inform you of my complete satisfaction with the work performed on this job.

Dave Gilbert was the estimator, foreman and climber and is very knowledgeable about his work. He makes the client feel comfortable both before and during the job.

He was assisted by Adam, who provided ground level expertise. Matt was the third member of the crew who helped things go perfectly smoothly. And the receptionist in the office, Erin, was cordial, pleasant and efficient in arranging the on-site estimate and subsequent paperwork.

The scheduling department was proficient in setting up a date for the job. The crew arrived within the time specified, the removal work was done safely and respectful of the surroundings, and the site was left in a clean condition. The invoicing department was very prompt in sending me the final copy of the receipt.

In summary, I can comfortably and highly recommend the services of Tree Doctors.
