I recently had the pleasure of working with Richard from Zion Stone Inc. to install a gorgeous MSI quartz countertop in my kitchen, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and a lot of that is thanks to Richard, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect.

I had a fairly terrible experience with a different contractor to install a tile backsplash as part of my kitchen renovations, and wasn't thrilled with the result. I went back to Richard who was able to use the leftover quartz slab from my countertop to redo my backsplash at a discounted price.

Thanks to Richard and Zion Stone, I now have a beautifully cohesive kitchen that looks straight out of a magazine. I highly recommend Zion Stone Inc. to anyone looking for quality stonework, exceptional service, and the best value for their money.

I would never recommend this company. Very unreliable and unresponsive, especially when they take your money. Very poorly cut and the stone came stained and looks permanently dirty (see photos for reference).

The Kitchen counter top and the stone of the fire place are impeccably well done. My home looks way more improved and beautiful than expected.
They came on time and finished job in time with a good manner.

The staff are lovely and the prices are competitive but I question the quality of the product. I purchased a quartz countertop from Zion. Less than one year later it has multiple chips. There are not multiple people living in the home, we're very careful and the kitchen is not in heavy use so I question a quartz product that is so easily damaged. Durability was the reason I chose quartz and my friends have not had the same experience with this type of product. My email to Zion was not returned. I would suggest that sometimes you get what you pay for and it might be worth spending a bit more.

We were referred to Zion Stone through our contractor. Carol of Zion Stone was very helpful and gave us a lot of advice on our project. Their natural stones are beautiful. We picked two pieces that become the highlights of the kitchen and family room. Their prices are reasonable. Whoever hire them need to ask them the installation steps and in particular timing for measurements, picking up the sinks and installation, etc.

First of all, thank you Richard for all your help and a huge applause to your installers. They are very professional and courteous and did a wonderful job on the installation of our quartzite countertops with a waterfall edge. We highly recommend Zion Granite to anyone looking for a professional installation.

After shopping around the city for my Casarstone countertop I found the best service, pricing, after-sale service and transparency at Zion. I was recommended to two countertop shops in Scarborough by my contractor, the other one was priced 50% more for the exact same Caeserstone countertop and when I questioned the higher priced shop they gave me a very unsatisfactory answer. Zion was transparent from day 1, about their cost of material, labour, and the process. Richard is very meticulous and will measure to the exact millimeter, and the installation is quite prompt after order confirmation (mine was installed in a week).

Poorly fitted and obvious seams. Colour of the seam is incorrect and chip in final install. Phone calls to Zion Granite were not returned by either Richard or Carol. A disappointment.

Carol and Richard were both good to work with. Zion by far had the best price for the quartz ceasarstone countertop for our kitchen. Carol even suggested small island measurement adjustments in order to only use one slab and thus saving us a few hundred dollars.
Installation was also done well and on time, however we were charged an extra $100 for a piece of plywood that was installed which was not included in the original quote and we were only notified after the fact. Despite that though going with Zion gave us amazing value for their quality and price.
