Ari has completed various plumbing jobs for us. He has always been very punctual, professional, and courteous.

But what stands out for me is that when had a big job (excavating floor drain) that he wasn't able to do, he still called back to make sure that that was indeed the problem and that everything had been taken care of.

He needn't have done that, but he did.
