Really Like the 2 Way Option

I've been a customer for over four years and unfortunately I learned the benefit of the 2 way voice system first hand when my home was burglarized a few years ago. Having the voice over led to them leaving sooner and taking less. However, I recently moved and I was disappointed to hear that I had to pay more to move my older service than what was advertised online for a new service. Having a loyal customer pay more is not a sign of customer appreciation.

Hello NikKi,

There is no cost associated with relocating your AlarmForce system as long as your new home is similarly setup. That is, if your current system requires a land line and your new address does not have a land line then you would have to upgrade your service to a cellular alarm system. A cellular alarm system will still allow for the live two way communication with our Central Station.

Home security system

This security system offers a live person who can announce to an intruder that there is a security system in place over a speaker in the home. They will contact the owner, or designated individual and send a guard or police to the home. It works even if the home phone line is cut. Overall a very good service.

Security at Home

I have had home security with another company for a number of years but was subject to "price creep" in which I was being charged more for the same service. A friend urged me to try "AlarmForce" because of their two-way communication and price guarantee. I have had AlarmForce for only two days and am very pleased with the service I have received. Not only was the equipment installed efficiently, but discovered first-hand how effective the two-way communication was when I inadvertently set off the alarm. In addition, Indy from Technical Services was able to help me quickly to customize my settings so that I wouldn't accidentally trigger the alarm again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

technical support

There was something wrong with my door sencor, but actually it was a program's misunderstanding of mine.
Andy helped me to solve the problems, he was so patient and nice. Professional and respecful to his career.

Surprisingly excellent service

I just had great service from Alarmforce! O.K. I must admit that I was skeptical because I tried to contact technical service earlier and after a long wait, I didn't get through. But I called back later and got through to a technician, Indy, who answered all my questions. I suggested it might be a good idea to test the system too to which he agreed and took me a through an extensive and thorough test of the whole house - which took a while (perhaps this is why the wait time can be lengthy). Indy emailed more information to me too while I was still on the phone.
I know there is some criticism out there about Alarmforce but honestly since I've been with them for six years now - I've only had good experiences.

Reliable Alarm

A great and reliable service. No problems with installation. Installation was very fast. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. Technical service very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Always a pleasure to deal with.

Alarm responsiveness

Whenever I call Alarmforce, they are responsive and exceptionally helpful. Only once in the 4-5 years that we have used them did we need a service call to replace a part, and they came promptly to address the issue.

Alarm Force's exterior video security and support center

Our home has been monitored by alarm force security for over 8 years. On Friday we scheduled the alarm force technician to install the new exterior video security system. We have no problems with the technician, however, the technician did not have a ladder. When he was working inside our home, the technician stood on top of his small plastic tool box which didn't support his weight and fortunately we saw an accident about to happen and gave him a step ladder to use or we would have had to deal with a Work Safe situation in our home. Then when it came to installing the exterior camera, he didn't have a ladder to reach the fascia and now the camera has been installed too low and the camera also does not give a wide enough coverage. I spoke to the support center today asking about the availability of better cameras with has wider lens coverage and was told this is all they provide. I was also informed alarm force's technicians are not required to have a ladder with them. I inquired about the connected thermostat. The support center said they didn't have these. I mentioned they were shown on Alarm Force's website and I wanted more information. The support center said they didn't have any. I asked when they would be available and was told he didn't know & to probably call back in a month. Really Alarm Force this was a real negative experience dealing with the support center's lack of knowledge; also the lack to assisting me; and the limited range of the exterior camera.

Home Alarm System

I'be been with Alarmforce for more than 10 years. Any dealings I have had with AlarmForce to date they have been helpful and courteous. My experience with them has been awesome!!! Their prices are reasonable and the customer service is phenomenal. Pleased with the monitoring service and convenience of the App (to set the alarm remotely). Would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Organized a Move to a new Location & Upgraded Equipment

We've been very happy customers of Alarm Force for 13 years and recently called to organize a move to a new location. I spoke with one of their Agents to organize the move, how to remove current equipment & upgrade to the latest equipment available in the new location. She fully explained the newest version & was wonderful to deal with; professional, polite, & in 15 minutes had everything figured out to meet our needs. We are looking forward to continuing
