When I discussed a new system with the Rep he was very helpful and easy to talk to which made getting all the information great. He was very informative and helpful and explained more services like battery replacement that they provide every 1.5 years also. The rep also mentioned that by doing a review we would get one month free which I had not heard about before. Very impressed with the support from Alarm Force.

I have been a long time member 10 plus years and have always had great service from alarm force -and they have upgraded our system a few times. We like to be current on the new technology. The technicians are always prompt and efficient and able to install what has been ordered. I recommend alarm force for anyone wanting a secure security system.

AlarmForce is a wonderful and trust worthy company. I have lived in NC for 4 years and have had their service from my very first apartment to my now townhouse. When i moved from one location to the other they were very fast to come and install the equipment and ensure everything was working properly. I was out of town when I received a call from AlarmForce stating my front door alarm was activated. When i told them i wasnt at home, they contacted local officials and stayed on the phone with me as I traveled back home. They were very calming and very understanding as I tried not to panic. I highly recommend AlarmForce --- its great to have a piece of mind!

I recomend there service fast reliable. The service person was super friendly and quick. Bundles start at 30 dollars cheap rate too keep your family safe. Thet have free quotes take s a few mins to put your mind at ease

I called Alarm Force regarding billing dates and as always the staff were very polite, helpful,patient,courteous and understanding. I have always and continue to receive very professional help when I call for whatever reason and have gotten whatever problem solved. I would highly recommend Alarm Force to anybody needing security system..

We had a low system battery message on our machine when we set our alarm. I called AlarmForce and spoke with Tyler Robertson. Tyler was very kind, courteous and able to help us with our problem. I did not feel rushed at all. He made sure we changed the battery in the right spot, tested it with him on the phone and made recommendations to note when we changed the battery so we can see how long they are lasting. I was very satisfied again with AlarmForce appreciate good customer service. Thanks AlarmForce and Tyler!!

We have been a customer of Alarm Force for about 12 years now and have always had good customer service. We recently needed to upgrade our system as we wanted to add on some new technology but our old equipment was not compatible. We were happy to sign another 3 year agreement with the company to get our equipment and they were more than fair with what they provided. We are paying a little more a month now ($39) BUT this is still more than competitive with other companies that offer systems operated by apps and cellular technology. I have recommended this company to family and friends and will continue to do so.

I have been with AlarmForce since 2012. We have tried other alarm systems but nothing compares to AlarmForce. I feel so safe. I love how they listen in on the two way monitoring system befire speaking and they let you know the authorities have been called if the alarm sounds. The cameras are great. Customer Service is AWESOME. Keep up the good work guys.
