Most recently, I spoke with a customer service representative from Alarm Force, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The Alarm Force Customer Service Representative took the time to actively listen to my problem and solved it immediately.

I first signed up with alarm force because I loved the 2 way voice system. I thought their prices were a bit higher than other companies but I gave them a try. the last few times my alarm has triggered to go off and someone comes on the live voice monitoring, they ask if everything is ok and that's it. At least the last 3 times they have not asked for a password, which always gets to me. If I am being robbed I have no choice to say I am ok and if you are not asking for a required password you will never know. I have complained about it once before. I also think the prices for installation seems very high. I have wanted the app on my phone since I started my contract, but the technician that came said he didn't get wifi connection and it wasn't working, so I have yet to get the app which I wanted.

Sherry Tam is the person I talked with and she was extremely helpful. Because of her explanation of the new system and offering me the same items that I have now I decided to stay with alarm force. Way to go. I have been with them for over 8 years.

Have been with AlarmForce for ~10 years and until recently, had the antiquated box connected to my home phone line. We recently left on vacation and when we were at the airport, realized that we forgot to arm the alarm before leaving the house. With this old system, there was no way to arm the alarm unless you were physically at home to do it. Needless to say, we were concerned throughout our vacation time. When we returned, we looked into options to prevent a reoccurrence and found that AlarmForce recently introduced new hardware that offers wireless connectivity, allowing for arming and disarming, among other things, from our cell phone from anywhere. We just upgraded and the service is exactly what we were looking for and it works as advertised. First installer was relatively new and we were left with a couple of issues that required further attention from a more experienced guy ( Long ). All is now good. We are happy with the system and functionality.

I've been an Alarm Force customer for ten years. Their customer service is professional and courteous. I have always been taken care of when I have called in for any system service or billing issues.

An alarm was triggered last December while nobody was home. It was a fault on our part, forgetting to close the kitchen gate where my two dogs usually hang-out. Calls from alarm force came right on time and successively responding to activiated sensors. Police were dispatched. All these events where captured on the videos which I got to review an hour after the events occured. I had to pay the price of carelssness but the response was so impressive. I am so pleased with Alarm Force services. The customer rep Gowsika P. and technician Moe S. were very helpful and really took time answer all my queries. My home feels more secured with Alarm Force.

I advised your company in dealing with your representative. He was knowledgeable, called before he came, and thorough. I did appreciate advice from a representative, regarding my alarm system. Thanks!

Alarm force customer service was great! Anytime I had a question they assisted me. I love their phone app, keeps me updated on activity while i am away and i can navigate anywhere to arm.or disarm! Great price and great service! I recommend alarm force.

I use AlarmForce for my rental house. When the last tenant moved out they took my system with them! I renewed my contract with AlarmForce and the gave me another system free!

This afternoon Jose Figueroa came to my home to put another motion sensor in the basement. I can't say enough about Alarmforce...feeling Safe is so important.
Jose went out of his way today...he saw that the window needed a stick to prevent it from opening. Jose measured it...went home and came back to put the stick in the basement window! That goes beyond the "call of duty"! Jose is kind, considerate and extremely thoughtful!
