Front Door Camera Constantly Breaking
Alarm force techs are efficient and knowledgeable and when we call we get great service but the camera on the front door has stopped working 3 times now. We've already had it replaced once and had the replacement reset. Less than a week later, it fails on and off. Tradesperson came to the front door andc I couldn't answer in time because I couldn't communicate with them because the speaker failed. Video stream cuts out a lot. The whole purpose of the alarm was to have a front door camera. Therefore, it does not seem to be working out. Also, part of this package included an in-house camera that we asked to opt-out from installing because it creeps me out to have a camera in my living room. They said it was manditory.
