Had my older system upgraded for new sensors and motion cameras. The technician Eric was very informative and eXplained everything to me in detail. Not only did he explain the system components and installation process, but he also took the time to help me set up my online account and app, and review the alarm panel to me and my family. Eric also went out of his way by carrying in some heavy boxes for me that were delivered to my house by a courier, as I had mentioned earlier that I just had surgery and was recovering. He was a great technician and went above and beyond the duty of his job. This is why I love Alarmforce.
