Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The cleanup after the install was done was amazing! Thank you to all of you for another wonderful Install from the Home Depot!

2 Installers arrived at my door exactly on time on the appointed day.
They immediately got to work and completed the project in a timely manner, 3 bedroom windows replaced within 4 hours. The installer then reviewed the operation of the windows to make sure I was happy with the finished product. The worksite was then cleaned up inside and outside and all debris taken away. This was a completely pain free process from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to recommend peak Installations to my family and friends. Quality workmanship throughout.

FIrst contact was the salesman. Courteous and knowledgable. I felt comfortable having him in my home. He was fast to respond to my calls when I was concerned about not hearing from homedept about my appointment.
The second visit was the measuring guy, also really really friendly and comfortable to have around. Thorough and informative.
The install crew was wonderful. Very professional and friendly. Worked fast and did a thorough job including clean up.

Also Home Depot offered 36 months equal payments for the roofing installation which worked great for us instead of paying a lump sum all at once.

I went to Home Depot to get our windows replace. Mike Morris came to give us the estimate. Because of Mike we decided to go with Home Depot. After that got an email from Michelle Murphy, she arranged to get the rest done. The installation happened on March 22nd. Both installers Jeremy and John came in did an excellent and clean work. I was very pleased with their work also didn't leave any garbage at all.

I purchased 3 large windows for my home, and although one of them was not the correct measurement when it came in terms of window pane size, Home Depot did everything in there power to make sure that this error was fixed. I did have to wait another few weeks for another one to be ordered, but I didn't mind waiting. The customer service I received from the Service Representative was excellent! The installers also were very professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves, which was also important to me.

Had new patio door installed. Friendly, courteous team that were fast, competent...and they cleaned up every speck of dirt afterwards. Highly recommend the installation crew. My new door looks great, I just am not thrilled with the track across the bottom; I have stubbed my toes going out numerous times. I should have specified I wanted an exit level with the floor.

The 2 men who removed our old door and installed the new door and sidelight did an excellent job. They were Very professional and neat. I would definitely use Home Depot installation services again.
