Home Depot Installation Services

Installers were on time and FAST. Install of our front door only took around 30-40 minutes. I expected it to take longer. They even replaced some rotted wood we had.

We are really happy with the service we received during our door install. The installer polite and professional and the work he did was great. We are very satisfied with our with the service.

The overall experience was good; the person who installed the door was efficient and kind. He was thorough and asked for our input for some parts. I would come back to Home Depot again for any other house work.

Was a bit nervous we overpaid but turned out great - professional crew who was very polite and clean up our site to a high standard. Project coordinator stayed on top of the project and kept it moving along. Our roof is noticeably higher quality and several recent jobs in our area.

The roofing company that came was very professional and did an awesome job. They took care not to harm the flowerbeds and cleaned up. Answered my questions with no problem.

Once convincing my husband that HD should install the door and windows we ordered , the wait was the hardest part ... 5 weeks after we ordered our door, it arrived. So excited. It was installed professionally and quickly ... the result ... amazing. Everyone that comes over is surprised it was installed by Home Depot ... I would not hesitate to use the Home Depot installation services again

A crew of 5 arrived at 730am. they worked through the heat and had the job completed by 730pm. The foreman kept me apprised throughout the day as to how things were progressing. An excellent clean-up done at the end. Very courteous and polite team of roofers. Would highly recommend to anyone.

It is all started with Mike Morris. We are very happy with service that provided by Jeremy , john, Mike and Vicky who did great follow up calls and email.
Clean work and took the time to make sure job well done.
Can't wait to use them for our next project!!

I had front of the house double exterior doors installed which was $9,600 + Tax.
There was a large gap (1/2 inch) at the top of the doors, the installer bent a piece of siding to "plug" the hole, then used caulking on both sides of the "plug" to hold it in place. After installing the plug, installer painted 4 inches to 'show me how I could finish the gap so it didn't look bad'. The caulking does not match the door color. When I asked the installer I was told 'this is the best color we have to match your door, they/Home Depot didn't give us the factory matching caulking'. So, now I need to go get paint to match what was started and finish the job I paid $10k. I have a caulking that is not the correct color which now cannot be removed. On top of all this it took me over 6 calls and going into the Store 3 times to get the 2nd measurement - Once store Manager got involved things got a little better (but that was after many calls/visits.
Extremely poor experience, I am very disappointed.

Installers were professional, efficient, cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, even thought there was issues around arrival because of their truck. They still manag d to arrive and install by the end of the day!
