Installation was booked for February 22 with the installers to arrive between 9 and 10. I took a day off work to handle this. At 11 o'clock after not hearing from them, I called Home Depot, who did not know why the installers were not there, but they looked into it and called me back an hour later, very apologetic that the installers would not be coming and they had not contacted me. We re-scheduled new date of February 24. I took another day off work and this time they did arrive on time and the job was completed properly. I am very disappointed as this unnecessarily cost me another days pay, as well as a waste of my time. A simple, courteous phone call the day before could have easily prevented this.
