It was a complicated piping designed that required replacement and a good plan. They exceeded our expectations and did a clean job that does not even require drywall repair. 10/10

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. Worst decision of my life to get into a rental contract with them for a new furnace/A/C unit. First they were delayed and missed multiple scheduled appointments to have it installed, then they did not install correctly and had to come back several times, usually at the end of a long schedule time window. The furnace condensate pipe was not sealed and leaked water all over my floor causing major water damage and they did not come to the house for four days. They fixed the pipe but not the damage. They initially asked me to get them three quotes, which I did, then they told me since the damage was over $1000 I had to go through my house insurance, which is $1000 deductible, and I am on the hook for that. And also my insurance will go up $200 a year, which they will not pay for.
No one will actually call you back, they care none about their customers once the equipment is installed, and the fine print on the contract is scary.
Please learn from my judgement error and never deal with this company.

Crew arrived on time. All crew members were courteous and respectful at all times. The work to be done was explained before proceeding and was carried out professionally.

Purchased Furnace and plumbing maintenance package, total waist of money!!! They NEVER show up for appointments, and never call back, very arrogant and unprofessional staff!!!

On 28th Reliance team changed water heater in my home while doing he did not closed the tab and drained my basement, till date i'm chasing Reliance and no response yet from the corresponding team. Totally frustrated with their action. No communication about their mistake and no compensation yet.

Came down to a basement with water all over the floor. Coming from the furnace and the installed part of the AC unit.. When called they said they "can be there in a month." "keep unit off until then" (still waiting)
Their customer service number is horrible and was given no solutions until they arrive, nor did they seem to care.
Was a happy customer, not anymore. Will be removing unit when they arrive.

They charge you to pick up the tank, they tell you there showing up and they don't come to get there damn tank. There service stinks and there late and most of time don't show up to get there stuff. I would never go with them again.
