Flooded basement, "can help in a month"
Came down to a basement with water all over the floor. Coming from the furnace and the installed part of the AC unit.. When called they said they "can be there in a month." "keep unit off until then" (still waiting) Their customer service number is horrible and was given no solutions until they arrive, nor did they seem to care. Was a happy customer, not anymore. Will be removing unit when they arrive.
