Three years ago, our backyard had a large (~5' diameter) Western Red Cedar that was clearly dying. I contacted 6 arborists to attend and give me advice on how to save the tree. The first 5 were of no help. I was about to give up and let the tree die. When Seth came, he quickly (within minutes) correctly diagnosed the problem and directed me on how to fix the problem. Seth then followed up in subsequent visits and assisted me in bringing in another firm to remediate the issue.
Now, three years later, the tree is clearly healthier with significant new growth each season.
