I'm not sure what it is about Printing companies, but they just don't seem to have their customer service down pat yet! There were a few problems with the job, so they said they would re-do them. We didn't hear from them and had to keep calling. Finally, we got a response that they were ready and the problems were resolved but the quality of the cards was reduced. They said that they were still trying to resolve the problem. We've been waiting for a couple months now and, of course, have just given up. They were all very nice but they just don't respond to emails or phone calls so I guess if you want things done, you have to go down there on a regular basis and talk to them in person and, even then, I'm not sure how quickly problems will be resolved.
