Moe contacted me very quickly after I emailed the company. He came out to the house shortly after to do an estimate and wanted to do the work right away. He seemed a bit disorganized as he called again to arrange an estimate after it had already been done. When he came to do the work he stuck to his estimate even when he realized that the job was much bigger than he thought. When I called him back to check on something, he came promptly - only for me to realize it was something I had originally told him not to bother repairing. He was very nice about being brought out again and even gave me a piece of flashing for my husband to fix himself. Nice guy, good work and cleanup.
