Bad service, worse attitude from owner
Unfortunately, I did not do the due diligence on this one.
I should have done a lot more research into Millcroft Lawncare before signing up and I encourage you to do the same! The service was poor at best and the owner got extremely defensive when criticized. He used pressure tactics to coerce you into signing and then will do everything he can to make sure negative reviews are removed so other people get tricked.
If you read one review, consider this one and do yourself a favour - find another lawn maintenance company. It's just not worth the hassle.

as mentioned before I sent you a quote via an email to review, and once satisfied to returned signed. Millcroft will never force or use pressure tactics.
Millcroft serviced your property for 10 months I guess it wasn't all that bad. We mulched your property and did a full spring clean cut your grass for for 24 weeks and also did a fall clean up in November first week. Also pruned you cedars.
Millcroft did enjoy working on your property every week but didn't enjoy the dog poop left constantly on the yard, but we worked around it also made suggestions that we have a company that will clean up dog poop before our arrival it's a great idea. So I guess it's the fall clean up your so perplexed about when you arrived home late November and more leaves came down, and got a message to come back to clean and unfortunately the snow came early and you only paid for a single fall clean up which was recorded.Millcroft offer to come back in December when the weather broke and we received no return message until 12 months later a bad review was left.
