Alberta Furnace Cleaning (Calgary)

Truly awful service. I had called for a duct cleaning and their two technicians showed up - looked around at the ducts for 5 minutes and left. On the way out the door they told us that there was asbestos in the main duct line and they were stopping work and that it would "much appreciated" if we could leave them a parking spot on the street for them the next time they come back (something I note that their booking department had not advised us before hand).

Obviously as a concerned homeowner I called an asbestos abatement company; particularly whether or not I should be staying in the house if there was asbestos in the main duct line! They immediately came in to do a full assessment of the home and found nothing. The full day I spent worrying about a bigger issue that did not exist in addition to the poor customer service and lack of information received on the day off was certainly not worth it. I will not be using this company again.
