You were available to give us a quote right away which meant viewing our job after hours and provided us with guidance to choose the best possible furnace to fit our needs and budget. Your installers were top notch. We would recommend your entire team in a minute to another family. Our house is warm and the best part is that our monthly bills have dropped drastically. I am writing to compliment you and your team for the work you completed in our home. I love this modulating furnace, I don't even notice when it comes on the house seems more evenly heated and the air blowing out of the vents is so gentle. Most importantly the HRV illuminated the moisture out of our windows. Ultra Comfort crew did a fantastic job installing new air conditioning unit in my home during the first heat wave we had this summer. They short cut every single thing. My AC coil froze cause the pressure was wrong then it froze again cause they wired it wrong causing a small flood in my utility room and every time they came they charged up the ass? Plus they screwed up the drain! Not to mention they charged over $1000 just to "adjust" the coil..... I could understand it if they replaced the coil and not only that but the ass hole tech was like oh your drain is the issue and I don't deal with drains?!? Seriously?!?! Anyways I fixed it by getting a condensation pump!

Thanks for the professional job that ultra comfort did in my house. we just moved to the new house and we had no idea how our heating system works. I just called to ULTRA COMFORT compony in Cambridge after 10 minutes their service man arrived and showed me the mechanical room. He right away knew what kind of heating cooling system we have. he explained for me how all the controls work on our system and pulled out the furnace filter and put a clean one. He also taught me how to use our HRV. I highly recommand ultra comfort to all of my friend and my family.

We had Ultra Comfort install an American Standard high-end furnace in our home last year. They gave us a great price, and the installation was great as well. All the work was cleanly and efficiently done, and all documentation was in order at the end of the work (rebate forms, extended warranty, etc). I also recommended this company to a friend, who had the same excellent experience with them in getting her furnace replaced. Would recommend them highly.

One note - if you're looking for a good furnace, don't be afraid to buy American Standard. Trane owns it, and they simply sell the identical machines under different brand names, and through different dealer networks. They are just as reliable as Trane.
