Most window companies seem to follow a business model where a sales-person sells the service, but the actual installation is done by someone else. Toby of Bayview Windows, by contrast, works on installations himself, together with his crew. For that reason, he is very knowledgable about the whole process, and easily addressed any concerns we had, right up front. In late summer, 2008, we had 13 old wooden windows replaced with maintenance-free Northstar windows, and the difference it has made to the appearance of our home, is enormous. We still get compliments from people who know what our house looked like before. The windows were ordered promptly, and all installed perfectly in one day, using brick-to-brick installation. There were no problems with the installation at all. All in all, we were very happy with Toby's work, and would highly recommend this company without hesitation.

We had Ultra Comfort install an American Standard high-end furnace in our home last year. They gave us a great price, and the installation was great as well. All the work was cleanly and efficiently done, and all documentation was in order at the end of the work (rebate forms, extended warranty, etc). I also recommended this company to a friend, who had the same excellent experience with them in getting her furnace replaced. Would recommend them highly. One note - if you're looking for a good furnace, don't be afraid to buy American Standard. Trane owns it, and they simply sell the identical machines under different brand names, and through different dealer networks. They are just as reliable as Trane.
