Called for a quote on removal of weed trees. Aaron came the same day, quote was emailed within the hour and they were able to schedule the work within 3 days. They arrived today as promised, did an amazing job, leaving our garden and the adjoining neighbours clean and tidy. I would highly recommend these guys, great job! I also want to mention Heather and Vivian who were extremely helpful on the phone answering all my questions, lovely ladies and a real pleasure to speak to!

Aaron actually came out on a Sunday to do our estimate, which was above and beyond. He answered every question we had and gave us some great advice regarding the pruning and removals. The work he and the other fellows did was perfect and just what we discussed. They really took time to clean up afterward, leaving the yard tidier than they found it. Would not hesitate to hire again.

We were impressed with the way he dealt with the job from beginning to end (gathering information, getting the City permits, removal of the tree). The onsite staff were also very hardworking, a pleasure to deal with, completed the job safely, and left the area clean. I took the day off of work to oversee the job, which I realized was unnecessary because the onsite staff’s work ethic quickly inspired my confidence in their competence. The City inspector determined that my tree was a potential danger and TTR were available and arrived within an half hour of the inspector's removal notice. We have a very large Blue Spruce tree in our front yard which required a little TLC. The branches were dragging on the ground and Canopy Elevation was recommended. We contacted Toronto Tree Removal and within 4 days of contact we had the wrk completed. The knowledgeable team of Robin and Jeff arrived and we explained the situation. They knew exactly what was required and the work was completed within a reasonable time. They explained the best method of removing branches for appearance and health of the tree. I moved into a house that had poorly placed bushes and hedges on three sides of the house. I had put off removing them for two years for fear of the complexity involved. This year I finally decided to take some action and requested some quotes on Homestars. Toronto Tree Removal Inc. is the only company that replied with an immediate quote based on the photos I sent. Others wanted to schedule an appointment to come over to see the bushes and leave a written quote in my mailbox. I did allow them to come to do a quote comparison, and Toronto Tree Removal was still the least expensive quote. The work was scheduled for two days later, much sooner than I expected! And the removals were all completed before I returned home. The roots were ground and the dirt was all smooth. All interactions were over email (which was my preference), and I was able to pay via e-transfer. Extremely efficient and convenient, and high quality service. Highly recommended!

They arrived 15 mins early, to their 8 am start time, quick efficient. Respectful of the neighbours and mindful to not make too much noise due to a sleeping baby in the house.
