Jason did a good job on cleaning the ducts ...but unfortunately he never followed up on some additional work he had scheduled with us, despite my email reminder to him.

I called Jason shortly after moving into a new home. He explained everything to me thoroughly over the phone and dedicated an entire day to cleaning the ducts due to the size of the house. He was upfront with pricing and time estimates. On the day of our scheduled appointment he was ill but was able to make it in on the weekend only a few days later which prevented me from taking another day off work. It is very obvious that he takes pride in his work. He explained everything to us prior to starting, and performed his job efficiently and with great care. He even made helpful recommendations and left the house cleaner than when he arrived (especially the ducts!). Would definitely recommend his services to friends/family.

Being so close to the holidays, I was just as excited to have our furnace ducts cleaned as I was about the holidays themselves! Never having our ducts cleaned before, I was looking for a company who really knew what they were doing. After reading a lot of negative reviews about other companies, I was about to give up finding that right company. Then I read some reviews about Duct Dudes. The reviews blew me away! I knew right then Jason was the right guy for the job. And he did not disappoint. He did a fantastic job cleaning up the vents, and he explained everything clearly. Very impressed and I won't waste time looking for another company to clean my vents again when its time for another cleaning. I know who to call! Jason was to come and clean our ducts on Saturday but he had equipment issues so he was going to reschedule for next Saturday but that would mean he would have to comeback from Whistler just to do our ducts. I asked if we could have it done ASAP as we were not turning on the heat till it was clean and it was really cold. He said he would make it work and he came on Sunday and did it efficiently and explained to us in detail what he would be doing. My husband and I were so impressed with Jason and will highly recommend him to family and friends. We will be definitely use his company again.

Jason was GREAT ! From the beginning (first phone call), right to the end. He was punctual, professional, clean, and very respectful. He did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts and even gave us a few tips regarding our gas fireplace. Would recommend him to anyone!
