Friendly, on time, and knowledgable. Jason cleaned the ducts, inspected our 40 year old furnace, and gave some great advice for ongoing maintenance. Later that evening, my pilot light for the water heater was out and he walked me through how to re-ignite it over the phone (while he was travelling in the States). Would definitely recommend him!
