Sean did a thorough job on inspecting a 1,400 sqf condo for us. It’s not my first time to buy a condo, but it’s my first time to see how thorough an inspection can be-- Sean even checked the building’s roof and building’s meter room. We ended up buying that property, but you should see the look when the Seller’s realtor saw him and then recognized him – Sean is known for doing a thorough job to protect the buyers’ interest, but not that of realtors who just want the buy/sell transaction to take place—which realtor would want to stay at site for extra hours and then gets told the buyer will not proceed with the transaction as the property is in bad shape?

In addition, he gave me a lot of housekeeping tips. I won’t share with you all the tips, as you will have to hear these tips from him by yourself; I will only share one with those bleach-lovers, like me, who use bleach everywhere, especially in bathrooms to fight against mold: instead of bleach which does harm to the environment and our respiratory system, you may make your own detergent: 1 part of dish detergent, 2 parts of white vinegar and 10 parts of water. Not bad. You pay Sean for the inspection, Sean “tips” you back. LOL

Sean did a very thorough home inspection for me. He is very professional, knowledgeable, experienced and patient. During the five and a half hour inspection, he didn't mind me shadowing him and asking him all kinds of questions. After the inspection, I have a very good understanding of the condition of the property. His 40 page report also gives me a guideline of how to properly maintain this house. He enjoys his work very much. If you are looking for a home inspector, I don't think you can find anyone else who can do a better job than Sean.

I found Sean using Google and I'm so glad I did. Sean spent 4+ hours inspecting my 1650 square feet rancher style home.
