Good afternoon, I was happy to discover that you did not have a serious mold issue in your home. Reducing mold issues is a mystery to most people, but there are a few easy ways to do so. I want all of my clients to know this, beyond just doing an inspection. I'm happy you liked the report. It's true that sampling is not always needed, yet something many in the business will take advantage of.
