We used Sean's service for the 2 places we had in mind for buying. We were blown away by his incredible service. He was meticulous, professional and paid attention to every little detail. We got the inspection report the same day and it was over 30 pages each time. He went through everything with pictures and great suggestion. I wish I could give him 100 starts . Thank you Sean
