As a real estate investor, having a great home inspector is extremely important. Sean came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. I had him do a home inspection on an investment property near commercial drive. His service was on time, very detail oriented and thorough. After the inspection, he took the time to explain the report to me. This guy knows what he's talking about! Not only did he tell me what needs to be fixed, but also things that he could foresee that may require fixing in the future. He would explain everything in a way that anyone could understand. I was very pleased with his professionalism but at the same time he was also super easy-going and funny and makes you feel comfortable talking to him like a buddy. I have been recommending him to anyone who asks me for a home inspector contact. I really wish I had known Sean earlier in my career. He would probably have saved me lots of grief as he goes out of his way to also show/teach me what to look for for future investments. Thank you Sean for going well beyond any home inspector that I have ever hired.
