I'm a first-time home buyer and needed someone reliable to walk me through the ins and outs of condo inspection and maintenance.
Sean has been great, giving me tips and advice, not only to do minor fixes, but also to take precautionary action.
His reports have lots of pictures and very simple ways to handle the potential issues.
