A-1 Truss Ltd.

My builder decided to work with this company on a carriage house project without getting us a quote. We were absolutely shocked when we saw the invoice. I got another quote from another Truss company and sure enough they were less than half what A1 Truss charged. It’s an absolute rip off. If they don’t reduce their bill we will have no choice but to take A1 Truss to small claims court.

Long delays in delivery of trusses I was unable to find a responsible person in this company,
Talked to sales, engineer, manager, secretary, shipping, etc. they Couldn’t give us a truth about readiness of my order and or delivery time,
It was So frustrating.
We as builders can not rely on these suppliers, we can not maintain our schedules based on unnecessary false statements, we can not accept unnecessary stress and pressure.
This company has to review its business from top to bottom,
Its a true mess

Paid extra $400 for crane service but they delivered trusses in my driveway - there was no problem reaching to the walls and where it was supposed to be delivered. Simply they ignored the instructions. Terrible response upon complained. I had to hire another crane and paid them another $300 for lifting up the trusses. My framer said these people at A1 truss are the dumbest people he has ever dealt with. Refund my $400 otherwise I will continue spreading the word..I'm a contractor.

This is our second time using A-1 and they have been very easy to deal with. Their prices are ultra competitive in the marketplace and the quality of the product is as good as any. Would definitely use again.
