Astro Design Centre

We are in the process of planning the renovation of our ensuite washroom and a powder room. We visited Astro Design Centre and although we did not have an appointment, we are assigned an Interior Designer - not a Sales Person -.

Jack Creasy, took the time to show us the many quality products available and gave excellent advice and guidance.
Three hours later, we finally made our choices and left with a detailed quotation and a print out of all the specifications. Jack was not only helpful and friendly but he also is extremely well qualified and very knowledgeable about the technical information about the fixtures.

During this visit both my wife and I felt really welcome. Other Designers passed by and greeted us with a smile. We enjoyed freshly brewed superior quality coffee.

A week later, we went back- with our Interior Designer - to see Jack. Jack examined the drawings and answered all the questions of our Interior Designer very well. We made some changes and after enjoying some more quality coffee, paid the deposit and left with our revised invoice.

Astro Design Centre, extended us a very good discount on every item selected. This was very much appreciated.

Looking at taps, showers, faucets, toilets, bidets and other accessories, trying to match them with the overall design, balancing quality with budget is a stressful task! But Jack and the rest of the Astro Design Centre Team, made it an enjoyable experience.

She was always smiling, pleasant and willing to meet whenever we would occasionally stop by without an appointment.

Astro designed our new kitchen and provided turnkey renovation services. Designer Dean Large was awesome,easy to work with and came up with a great kitchen. We loved it on paper from day 1 and the finished product is better! Sure there were some delays, and minor hiccups, but what impressed us was that everyone at Astro Designs looked after us - customer was number 1. The owner Nick has a knack for hiring the right people in his business - all had great people skills and customer focus. And the kitchen quality & workmanship is just great. We still love it going on a year later!

We used Astro Design Centre to help us plan out our bathroom and to choose fixtures. Not only were we blown away by the stunning showroom and beautiful products, but the service was top-notch. We had a short timeline for our project and they were excellent at accommodating this by helping us choose from the many products they already had in stock. The designer was also very good at narrowing down the vast choice of fixtures to those he (rightly) thought we would like. I cannot recommend their expertise and products enough!

Astro was a great help in designing our three bathroom upgrades. They are very knowledgeable in interior design and did take into consideration our style and budget.
They have high quality products, and will go an extra step to acquire products that they dont carry normaly.
They replaced very efficiently any missing parts or damaged products.
We will definitively do business with them again!

Through a comedy of errors on my part, I purchased a Toto toilet to replace a broken one. I (note: that's ME) broke the tank; Astro replaced it at a reduces price. IN the end, I didn't need the toilet, and Astro quite willingly allowed me to return it with a full refund. Service throughout this episode was absolutely excellent. I have no hesitation to recommend Astro.

Astro Design Centre has among the highest quality product offering in the Ottawa area, and they were very helpful with us during the purchase process, but it's after sales service is unfortunately appalling. We spent tens of thousands of dollars with Astro renovating our home, but as soon as the purchase was complete we were dropped like yesterday's news. Even the simplest service requests, like replacing a kitchen sink strainer to match our original purchase, goes answered or delayed for weeks. For high end products, you would do better to buy in Montreal. For anything else, go elsewhere in Ottawa. Service is important, and frankly I've never seen worse.

This company installed new windows in my condo townhouse, and I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were! When lifting the windows into place they were dragged up the wall leaving black scuff lines in all the bedrooms! Luckily my Magic Erase cleaned it up well enough, but who does that?? And in 3 rooms! I also found empty Tim Hortons cups littered in the backyard. I felt like my home had been vandalized! Will never use them again even!

The team at Astro Design worked closely with us to create the perfect new master bathroom for our townhouse. They addressed any issues or problems we had over the course of the project promptly. They were more than willing to replace or repair anything that we felt was not up to the highest standards. The materials and workmanship were of excellent quality and installed by skilled professionals. Our thanks go to the project designer Nathan Kyle and the project manager Nick Frauley.
