My husband and I first approached Astro Design Centre for help redesigning two very outdated bathrooms in despearate need of a facelift. Each bathroom presented unique challenges, one having limited space and the other wrestling with awkward rooflines. We knew it would require creativity and some ingenuity to make the spaces both beautiful and functional. From the moment we stepped into the Astro Design Showroom, we felt like we were on the set of an HGTV interior design program. The space beautifully showcases Astro's kitchen and bathroom designs, while creating a warm and inviting environment for design newbies.We met with Astro designer Nathan Saldanha and were immediately impressed with his energy, enthusiasm, design knowledge and his ability to listen to our specific needs and concerns. Throughout the consultation process, Nathan took the time to understand our design preferences, but he was also very good at gently encouraging us to "stretch" beyond the traditional and consider options that would complement our classic home while injecting a contemporary elegance. We are extremely happy with the results! Both bathrooms are elegant, functional and beautifully balanced in terms of the fixtures and finishes that have been brought together. As with any renovation and design process, there were the inevitable hiccups, however Nathan and Astro dealt with these professionally and efficiently. They were committed to ensuring we were fully satisfied both with the end result and the process. We would highly recommend Astro Design Centre and Nathan Saldanha to anyone seeking professional design services, top quality fixtures and finishes, and highly attentive, collaborative and responsive customer service. We have had several renovation projects involving other companies in the past,with various ups and downs, and we were bracing ourselves for this new one. Our project at ASTRO involved the renovation of 2 bathrooms, 1 powder room, as well as creation of closet space for our master bedroom and construction of hallway closets. My husband and I were more than 100% satisfied with the services provided by ASTRO, from every call at the front desk to the great care at delivery from their friendly staff. In particular, we would like to acknowledge the outstanding service and dedication provided by Nathan Kyle, the designer assigned to our project. We feel we really lucked out by having Nathan – he is a highly talented designer and he was extremely helpful in selecting the appropriate pieces and design features for each aspect of the project.He was always cheerful, courteous, responsive, and consistently demonstrated a high degree of professionalism (you will have your calls returned promptly). And he was never afraid to advise us when he thought any of our ideas would not result in the best result – of course he was right! Overall this was an excellent experience and we would not hesitate to recommend ASTRO to anyone seeking a high quality renovation in their home.

This was our first bathroom renovation, ever. We bought most of our bathroom hardware from Astro. One advantage this Centre has over others is a spacious showroom that showcases a range finished bathrooms: on site inspiration! Right from the beginning the staff were really helpful. Initially, we sought advice from numerous staff, all of whom were friendly, approachable, practical yet design-savvy. When we came closer to choosing our products we had the consistent help of one designer (Nathan), who was attentive and practical, yet conscious of our design needs and budget constraints; a hard blend to get right. He was also very knowledgeable around technical issues. Prices were competitive for our bath, toilet and shower fixings. During the renovation he was helpful by phone on numerous design issues as we struggled to move through the many decisions that had to be made, often under pressure. We would have no hesitation in recommending Astro.

We hired Astro to do a kitchen renovation. We were very happy with their level of customer service as well as the quality of the work upon completion. During all phases of the renovation, they listened to our concerns to ensure we were happy with the end product. Astro offers one stop shopping from the design of the kitchen to purchasing the fixtures which makes for an easy process. As with any renovation, there were a few snags and delays but Astro was quick to rectify any issue within their control. The designer, project manager and workers were all very professional. The workers arrived on time every day and made sure they cleaned up as best they could when they left the site for the evening. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to our friends.

We decided to renovate our kitchen and Astro Design Centre is an easy choice to make. Jack Creasy the Designer in charge of our project is always on time, responding promptly to all concerns, and from the beginning has been providing us with great service. Jack is passionate about his work and pays great attention to detail. This has resulted in a final product design which goes above and beyond our expectations. Astro Design Centre has a outstanding selection of materials and we would recommend them without hesitation.

I am building a cottage and went in to see what they had. I had heard they had everything, very high end and expensive. Well,they did have almost everything. I went in with lots of ideas but no clear picture of what I wanted. I met with Jack Creasy, who was amazingly helpful. He quickly helped me narrow what I wanted and was very forthcoming about costs and how I could pick and choose. He took me around the show room and showed me comparisons so I could see what the differences were between each line of product. I found the prices very reasonable, not IKEA reasonable, but the quality and service is clearly worth the money. I am so excited about my choices. My kitchen is now fully designed and ordered. Jack was great to work with and will now look to him for help on the bathrooms. I would recommend them to friends without hesitation.

Astro Design Centre is the most professional company I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The whole team was attentive to our needs, tastes and budget, and everyone involved in the full renovation of our master bath was present from start to finish. I was always able to contact any of the team members to ask questions, and they were always there to answer in a timely manner. The designer who created our ensuite bathroom was phenomenal, and made my vision a reality. I am also planning on going with them again for our next bathroom project. I give Astro Design Centre an A+ at the very least!

Astro I found is made up of professional and talented people right from the guy who delivered our stuff through to the owner Nick. Dan our designer is a tremendous human being. These men were responsive and respectful. Bravo!
