Clients are given the opportunity to book ahead and receive a discount for prepaying for the service. Upon purchase, an email is sent stating the purchase is confirmed and that you will receive a service notification email/phone call 24-48 prior to the service date.
Driveway Sealing is a weather dependent service. Rain, potential rain and extreme heat affects both performing the service and our staff.. we always want to ensure that the service will be performed correctly.
Our season runs until the end of September for this reason as we visit the neighbourhoods multiple times throughout the summer.
Our service locations work through their territory in a systematic method to ensure all clients are serviced in a fair timeline. Of course, inclement weather can delay or force us to shift the scheduling.
It's unfortunate that the service was cancelled, however your information was definitely on file and the promised service notification would be have been issued.
